We built Good Room for the nights that start late and finish later. It is a dark, intimate club with the dance floor at the centre, and everything else arranged around it: a state-of-the-art sound system tuned for house, tech house and techno, low light, groovy vibes, and a bar that keeps pace.
No stage show, no gimmicks. Just a room that sounds right, a crowd that came to dance and a place where strangers become friends.

The records are house and techno, built for the spirit of modern disco: a late finish, groovy tech house, and the idea that a club is somewhere you go to dance, and make friends with strangers. We’re embodying the old spirit of the Cross, built for the crowds who loved it best, designed by the patrons and artists who flourished from it.

Underground in spirit rather than in the basement, Good Room lives on Level 2 of the Potts Point Hotel, the four-level venue on Darlinghurst Road that is also home to PPH’s ground floor pub and bistro, Level One‘s comedy, burlesque and live shows, and Sweethearts Terraza on the rooftop. Dinner downstairs, or a margarita with dinner under the stars, then Good Room until 5am, all without leaving the building.
